We had to open it ourselves and there weren't enough pillows or towels for four people—we had to request more during our late-night check. The absence of free Wi-Fi was frustrating given the hotel price. Also, we faced steep parking fees, which felt excessive. Despite these inconveniences, the atmosphere was vibrant and enjoyable, especially during our evening strolls in the area.
